Only one ad may be uploaded at a time to generate a unique ad order number.  Each advertisement must have a unique order number to be included in the historical program. 

Formatted Ads: Only formatted ads may be submitted/uploaded, and no adjustments will be made.  These are ready to print/camera-ready. They must be uploaded in PDF, JPEG, JPG, or PNG format and should not exceed 10 MB in size.

The 75th Anniversary Committee reserves the right to modify any language and/or reject any photo and/or images deemed inappropriate.  The submitter will be notified regarding rejected or altered ads, so that the ad may be re-submitted.
