Submission Instructions

Please select the Advertisement Type and Cotillionette that you are supporting from the drop-down menus. 

Only one ad may be uploaded at a time to generate a unique ad order number.  Each advertisement must have a unique order number to be included in the souvenir journal. 

(If more than one ad is submitted, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will be refunded net of any processing fees. Processing fees will not be refunded.)

Formatted Ads: Only formatted ads may be submitted/uploaded, and no adjustments will be made.  These are ready to print/camera-ready. They must be uploaded in PDF, JPEG, JPG, or PNG format and should not exceed 10 MB in size.

The Los Angeles Chapter Charitable Trust reserves the right to modify any language and/or reject any photo and/or images deemed inappropriate.  The Cotillionette’s parent(s) will be notified regarding rejected or altered ads, so that the ad may be re-submitted.
