A typical grant award will range between $1,000 and $5,000. CHARITABLE GIFT ANNUITIES
To promote significant and impactful long-term community relationships, LACCT provides charitable gift annuities to organizations that align with LACCT’s mission: “to address problems to be solved, or opportunities to be seized, that are of regional, national or international significance.” Current recipients include UCLA, Harriet Buhai Center/Vera Brown-Curtis Project and Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science.
CASH AND IN-KIND DONATIONS
Since its inception in 1978, LACCT has sought to provide immediate, decisive and impactful support to the communities we serve. Cash and in-kind donations allow LACCT to rapidly identify, target and address a specific community need. In January 2025, Los Angeles experienced unprecedented loss of life and property. LACCT supported rebuilding and clean-up efforts through cash and in-kind donations to the African American community of Altadena, first-responders and displacement of animals.
